A member of the Donetsk People’s Forces, who specializes in shooting, confirmed that in cloudy weather the activity of Ukrainian rocket launchers decreases, indicating that they are aimed from satellites.
“We have noticed that in cloudy weather, Ukrainian rocket launchers are lowering their shelling of the city, as they are guided by a satellite system,” Al-Askari said.
He added that, despite this, shelling of residential areas in Donetsk continues.
Dmitry Rogozin, director general of the Russian space agency Roscosmos, said earlier that US companies are transmitting data from satellite systems to Ukrainian forces.
