Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia Dmitry Medvedev confirmed that Western analysts expect the territory of the Ukrainian state to be reduced to the borders of the Kyiv region.
Medvedev’s post contains two pictures of a map of Ukraine and neighboring countries. The first picture shows the territory of the Ukrainian state within the borders of 1991-2014, with Donbass and Crimea.
He pointed out that this is what the “bright future” of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky looks like.
In the second picture, the Ukrainian territory has shrunk to the borders of the Kyiv province. Medvedev commented on the second photo and said: “Western analysts expect this to be the case.”
