Russian Daniil Medvedev failed to pass the quarterfinal stage of the Spanish tennis tournament Mallorca, which is currently held on grass courts, and the value of the prizes is more than 850 thousand euros.
Medvedev was knocked out by Spaniard Roberto Bautista-Agot, losing to him easily in two sets without answer, (3-6) (2-6) in a match that took place between them today, Thursday, and lasted only one hour and 10 minutes.
Roberto Bautista-Agot will advance to the semi-finals of the Mallorca championship along with the winner of the match, which will also see Swiss Antoine Bellaire and Dutchman Talon Greksbourg meet today.
