Medvedev orders a boost in ammunition production to fulfill Russian military requirements

Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev instructed to increase the production of ammunition and improve their efficiency in order to meet all the needs of the Russian army in the Russian military operation in Ukraine.

During an inspection trip to an ammunition factory in the city of Kazan, he said: “Ammunition consumption has increased with the Russian military operation, and the industrial sector must fully meet the needs of the Russian troops.”

“Production should be increased and, of course, new innovations should be used to improve the effectiveness of ammunition,” he added.
