Medvedev claims that talks with clown Zelensky are not feasible.

Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said that as long as the Kiev regime and Vladimir Zelensky remain in Kyiv, negotiations with Ukraine are still impossible.

Medvedev told reporters during a visit to Vietnam: “As long as there is the Kiev regime and the clown Zelinsky, negotiations are impossible.”

He added: “Sooner or later you will have to negotiate. Everything always ends in negotiations, it is inevitable, but as long as these people rule Ukraine, the situation in terms of negotiations for Russia will not change.”

Commenting on the proposed peace plans to resolve the conflict in Ukraine, Medvedev pointed out that “it is necessary to study them all.”
