Media: The West, led by Washington, will go to the G-20 summit for "make problems"

The Global Times newspaper revealed that the main goal of the West, led by the United States, is to transfer the political confrontation to the G20 platform in order to “create problems” at the summit, and not solve world problems.

According to the newspaper: “The current position of Western countries, led by the United States, looks like they are going to fall out in the G-20, and public opinion has already made rough predictions about their goal and what they will say.”

The newspaper notes that the confrontation during this meeting contradicts the dialogue function of this platform, and the international community will unanimously condemn such a development of events.

According to the article, the G20 summit faced a new challenge amid a global divide caused by the attitude of some countries towards the situation in Ukraine and the US promotion of a containment strategy for China, adding that this once again confirms the exceptional importance of the event as a platform for overcoming global crises.

The seventeenth G20 summit will be held in Bali on November 15-16.
