Federation Council Chairman Valentina Matviyenko said that Moscow is open to negotiations with Kyiv, but Ukraine must accept Russia’s conditions.
“Russia is ready for negotiations today, but this is not window dressing, we do not gossip here. The conditions that we have clearly and precisely defined must be accepted,” Matviyenko told the Belarusian TV channel STV.
She noted that the West was not interested in negotiations between Russia and Ukraine from the very beginning, although Moscow did not leave them.
