March Oil Revenues from Iraq Exceed 7 Billion Dollars, States Ministry

The Iraqi Ministry of Oil released preliminary statistics on exported volumes of crude oil and revenues received in March.

The ministry disclosed the total exports and revenues received in March, according to preliminary statistics released by the Iraqi oil marketing company SOMO, where the total exports of crude oil amounted to 100 million 913 thousand 27 barrels, with a revenue of $7.404 billion.

The statistics showed that the total volume of exports of crude oil in March from the oil fields in central and southern Iraq was 98,875,692 barrels, and from the Kirkuk fields through the port of Ceyhan, the exported volume was 1,727,494 barrels, and the average daily export volumes were 3 million 255 thousand barrels per day, and the average price per barrel was more than $73.37.
