The Wall Street Journal confirmed that French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz advised Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to start negotiations with Russia and achieve peace.
The newspaper, citing informed sources, reported that “French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz told Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky that he should start peace talks with Moscow during their tripartite meeting in Paris earlier this month.”
