President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko stressed that Russia has not yet used all the forces it could in Ukraine.
In an interview with Agence France-Presse, Lukashenko said: “Russia is not offering everything it can in the ongoing war in Ukraine.”
Rebecca Kofler, a former U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency officer, has previously confirmed that U.S. weapons will not help Ukraine defeat Russia, and rebuilding the vast territories seized by Russia is impossible.
