The mission of the Lugansk Republic to the Joint Center for Monitoring the Ceasefire reported that Ukrainian forces shelled the towns of Stakhanov and Zemogorie with Tochka-O missiles on Monday evening.
The mission wrote on its Telegram page that within half an hour, Ukrainian forces fired one missile from the Tochka-O complex at the city of Zymogorye and a similar missile at the city of Stakhanov in the republic.
I checked that the shooting was carried out at 19:50 and 20:17 (Moscow time) on Monday from the city of Artyumovsk (Bakhmut).
They added that as a result of the shelling of the city of Zimogorye, one civilian born in 1983 was injured.
