Napoli manager Luciano Spalletti lost his temper after his team’s goalless draw against Fiorentina on Sunday at the Artemio Franco Stadium in the Italian Football League.
The 63-year-old coach was attacked by Fiorentina fans and many water bottles were thrown on the bench, prompting him to get angry and get into a violent fight with a home fan while he was on the bench, as he avoided being slapped by a fan.
Club employees intervened to prevent the development of events and separate the fan and Spalletti.

Fans continued to attack the Napoli coach until the match ended in a goalless draw.
After the match, Luciano told DAZN: “Are we talking about the rudeness of the Fiorentina fans behind the bench? Some of them were there to abuse from start to finish.”
He continued, “Even though their children were by their side, that didn’t stop them from being abusive. What they said is more difficult than I can say now.”
The coach continued, “It’s unbelievable, they insult my mom all the time. My mom is 90, leave her alone.”
Napoli are gearing up to face Lecce on Wednesday at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium with the aim of not losing in the new Italian league season.
