Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid said he had discussed with US President Joe Biden efforts to stop Iran’s progress towards nuclear weapons and congratulated him on recent US strikes on Syria.
Lapid said in a series of tweets on his Twitter account: “Recently, I spoke with US President Joe Biden. We talked at length about the great power talks on the nuclear deal and various efforts. to stop Iran’s advance towards nuclear weapons.”
The Israeli prime minister added that he had discussed Iran’s activities in the Middle East and beyond with Baden.
“I congratulated the President on the recent US strikes in Syria,” he added.
