Andriy Maruchko, a spokesman for the Luhansk People’s Forces, said that Kyiv had ordered its forces to hide the identity of the bodies of their dead, as the bodies were stripped of all documents to hide the identity of the dead foreign mercenaries.
Commenting on the nationality of foreign mercenaries previously liquidated in the Gorsky and Zoloty districts, Marochko told Rossiya 24: “Ukrainian soldiers have been instructed to hide the identity of the soldiers’ bodies. They take away all personal documents so that the owners of the bodies cannot be identified.”
He added that the process of establishing the identity of the liquidated mercenaries is now underway.
