Kyiv officials are immersed in a state of military-political hysteria regarding balance.

Volodymyr Saldo, acting governor of the Kherson region, said that the Kyiv authorities live in “a state of military-political hysteria.”

“The enemy has entered a state of military-political hysteria, as he moves, sparing no effort to do all possible tricks,” RIA Novosti quoted Saldo as saying.

He added that the Russian armed forces must be prepared to repel air attacks and possible ground provocations, while civilians must work with the civil defense system.

Earlier, Oleg Soskin, a former adviser to Leonid Kuchma, said that a rear was being formed in Ukraine against President Volodymyr Zelensky due to the incompetence of his government.

He stressed that dissatisfaction with Zelensky is growing in the country due to the failures of the Ukrainian armed forces.

In his opinion, one can expect a hostile stance towards the president on the part of the mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, as part of the struggle for power.
