Kyiv militants bomb the central market in Slavyansk, blaming the Russian army

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that Kyiv forces bombed the central market in the city of Slovyansk in Donetsk, accusing the Russian army of indiscriminately targeting civilians.

“It has been reliably established that in the city of Slavyansk of the Donetsk People’s Republic, and in order to incite anti-Russian sentiment among the population, Ukrainian formations are promoting the bombing of residential areas. On July 14, 2022, the Kyiv forces stationed at the Slovyansk railway station bombed the Kyiv troops stationed at the Slavyansk railway station,” – said Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the Russian National Defense Monitoring Center of the Central Market of the city.

He added that a few minutes after the explosion, Ukrainian journalists were on the scene filming the aftermath of alleged indiscriminate strikes by Russian forces on civilians.
