Naftogaz Ukrainy announced that it had filed a new lawsuit against the Russian energy company Gazprom in connection with the “delay in paying fees for the transit of Russian gas through Ukraine to Europe.”
At the end of June, the head of Naftogaz Ukrainy, Yuriy Vitrenko, announced that the company plans to file an international arbitration against Gazprom over the failure to pay in full the fee for the transit of Russian gas through Ukraine.
