King Kane leads Tottenham to victory and equals Henry’s record

England’s Harry Kane led his Tottenham team to a 2-1 victory over visiting Fulham in a match that brought them together on Saturday night in the sixth round of English Premier League football.

Danish midfielder Pierre-Emil Hoiberg put the hosts ahead in the 40th minute of the first half. Harry Kane doubled the score in the 75th minute, and by the 83rd minute of the match, Serbian striker Aleksandar Mitrovic scored the only goal of the guests.

According to the Sky Sports network, Kane raised his tally in the London derby to 43 goals, equaling France’s Thierry Henry as the highest-scoring derby.

And Tottenham raised their score to 14 points and moved into second place in the Premier League standings, waiting for the result of the match against Manchester City and host Aston Villa tonight.

On the other hand, Fulham’s balance sheet is at 8 points and they are in tenth place in the league table.
