Spanish football club Valencia announced on Monday the official signing of Uruguayan Edinson Cavani, the former Manchester United striker, this summer Mercato on a free transfer.
Edinson Cavani left Manchester United this summer after his contract at Old Trafford expired.
Valencia have released a statement on their Twitter account announcing the inclusion of Cavani for two seasons, until 30 June 2024.

The 34-year-old Cavani has received many offers from outside Europe, especially from Latin America, but chose to pursue a career in the Spanish La Liga football league.
Edinson Cavani is expected to attend the match of his new team Valencia, which hosts Atlético Madrid, on Monday evening at the Mestalla stadium after the third round of the Spanish league matches.
