Spanish Football League runners-up Barcelona announced on Thursday that they had officially reached an agreement to sign Sevilla’s French defender Julius Conde, without specifying the value of the deal or its duration.
The Catalan club, which has been the most active in the transfer market this summer, said in a statement: “A preliminary agreement has been reached with the Sevilla club for the transfer of Conde. The transition depends on the player’s medical examination and the signing of contracts. .”

According to Spanish media, the deal is worth around 50 million euros, in addition to bonuses of 10 million.
Condé, 23, is currently recovering from surgery for a left hip injury.
Conde, who moved to Sevilla in 2019, played 133 games for the Andalusian team and scored 9 goals, also scoring 3 goals.
Condé also represented France in 11 international matches.
