Iran’s official news agency IRNA reported the arrest of members of a “terrorist network” linked to separatist groups based in Iraqi Kurdistan, in the country’s northwest.
The network was linked to separatist groups based in Iraqi Kurdistan and was arrested while trying to infiltrate Iranian territory, IRNA reported.
And she confirmed that “Iran’s security forces have arrested all elements of this group of 10.”
IRNA stated that “the network intended to carry out sabotage and bombing operations, strike at the country’s vital and economic centers and facilities, as well as set up roadblocks and blackmail citizens, including local businessmen.”
