"I want to practice with you"Lewandowski continues to reiterate his desire to play for Barcelona

The Spanish newspaper AS published footage of the meeting between Bayern Munich striker, Polish national team player Robert Lewandowski and Barcelona head coach Javi Hernandez on the Spanish island of Ibiza.

And Lewandowski has previously announced his desire to leave Bayern in this summer’s transfer market to take on a new challenge after managing to win every possible championship and title with the Bavarian giant.

Lewandowski was linked with a move to Barcelona this summer due to the Catalan team’s need for a world-class striker.

Lewandowski met Javi Hernandez on the island of Ibiza last Wednesday, according to the AS newspaper.

The newspaper noted that the two sides had friendly conversations for several minutes as Lewandowski publicly admitted to Xavi his desire to wear the Barcelona jersey from next season, saying “I really want to train with you for next season.”

Previously, the media reported that Bayern had rejected three offers from Barcelona to include Lewandowski, and the cost of the latest offer made by the Catalan team was 40 million euros and 5 million euros in variables, while Bayern wanted a fixed 50 million Euro.

It should be noted that Lewandowski has a contract with Bayern Munich that expires in June 2023.
