How much does a barrel of Russian oil cost?

The Russian Ministry of Finance said in a statement that the average price of a barrel of Russian Urals oil rose by 22.16% to $80.58 over the nine months of this year.

For comparison, the average price of a barrel of Russian oil of this brand last year, from January to September 2021, was at the level of $65.96.

Russian ministry data also showed that the average price of a barrel of Russian Urals oil fell last month (September 2022) by more than 6% to $68.25 per barrel compared to the same period last year.

Earlier, the Russian government decided to reduce the export duty on oil from October 1, 2022 by $7.6 to $44.4 per ton.
