The data of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation showed that by June 17, Russia’s international reserves exceeded $580 billion and amounted to $582.3 billion.
The data showed that reserves decreased in the week ended June 17, 2022 by $12.3 billion, or 2.1%, to $582.3 billion.
For comparison, as of June 10, 2022, Russia’s international reserves stood at $594.6 billion.
Russia’s international reserves are highly liquid foreign assets, including foreign exchange, gold and special drawing rights.
