Honduras is the third largest producer of coffee in the Americas after Brazil and Colombia, and the fifth largest producer in the world. This crop is grown by farmers in most regions of the country.

Coffee exports from Honduras for the 2021-2022 crop exceeded 6 million bags, and coffee accounts for about 38 percent of Honduras’ total domestic agricultural production.

It is noteworthy that this year the Davos Forum will be held in Switzerland from 16 to 20 January 2023 under the slogan “Cooperation in a Fractured World”.
