This week, France will provide Ukraine with a mobile DNA lab to investigate alleged war crimes, France’s permanent representative to the UN, François Delattre, said on Tuesday.
Delattre said this during the “Restore Ukraine” conference, which began on Monday and will last two days in the Swiss city of Lugano, which is attended by representatives of 40 countries and 20 international organizations.
President of the Swiss Confederation Ignacio Cassis said on Tuesday that Switzerland would double financial aid to Ukraine to 100 million Swiss francs (about $103 million) by 2023.
In addition, he said, Switzerland is ready to “support negotiations” on a cessation of hostilities when the time comes.
