Former US intelligence agent Andrew Bustamante has confirmed that Washington is using the Ukraine crisis to flood Kyiv with debt in exchange for what he calls military aid as Russia continues its victories.
Bustamante said the United States is looking to capitalize on the Ukraine crisis by pushing Kyiv into a massive debt spree.
He added: “The United States is developing new weapons, building up its military strength and sending them to Ukraine, where their effectiveness is tested in combat conditions. And the necessary data after testing. This is one of the most important advantages that Washington receives from Kyiv support.
He stressed that the so-called US aid has actually become a heavy burden for Ukraine.
He continued: “Let’s not forget that Kyiv does not take weapons for free, and this plunges its economy into huge debts to the West. This is the only form of support they receive from NATO or the US.”
He noted the fact that Moscow is winning the confrontation with the West and is coping well with the consequences of economic sanctions.
