The press service of the Kherson region reported that an election commission is being formed in the Kherson region to hold elections and a referendum on joining Russia.
The press service said: “In the Kherson region, by order of the head of the civil military administration of the Kherson region dated July 22, an election commission is formed consisting of 7 people for a period of 3 years. term, and the process of accepting candidates for the commission has begun.
The administration emphasized that the liberated Kherson province has every right to express its opinion with whom it will continue to build its future.
“We will achieve this by holding elections and referendums,” she added.
