Iranian authorities have announced that European Union foreign policy chief Josep Borrell will visit Tehran on Friday to discuss efforts to revive the 2015 nuclear deal.
“European Union Representative General for Foreign Policy Josep Borrell will visit Tehran on Friday evening to meet Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian and other officials,” Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said in a statement.
