English Premier League Welcomes Newly Deposited Clubs

Leicester City and Leeds United completed the triangle of clubs that left the English Premier League tonight, Sunday evening, following the results of the 38th round of the finals of the Premier League.

Leicester City were relegated to the Championship League despite beating their guest West Ham United two goals to one.

Leicester City, the Foxes, finished only eighteenth in the league table with 34 points, two points behind Everton’s seventeenth survival position after a one-goal win over Bournemouth in the summer.

Leicester City returned to the Champions League after rising through the ranks of the Premier League clubs in 2014 and performed the ‘spherical miracle’ by crowning them with the Premier League title in 2016.

While Leeds United ended their season in the League of Fire with a blowout defeat at home to their guest Tottenham Hotspur by a goal to four to finish nineteenth in the league table with 31 points.

Leicester City and Leeds United joined bottom Premier League table Southampton on 25 points after a 4-4 draw with visiting Liverpool and left the League of Fire a few rounds ago.
