President of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushlin said that the Russian army and the forces of the republic prevented the attack of the Kyiv security forces on the village of Chorovo near the city of Krasny Lyman in the north of the republic.
Pushlin wrote in the Telegram: “Today, Ukrainian forces tried to cross the Seversky Donetsk River, but to no avail.
He added that Ukrainian forces attempted a limited counterattack, which was repulsed in the Chorovo area, noting that Ukrainian forces stationed in Svyatogorsk were short of personnel and ammunition.
Pushlin stressed that the situation in Krasny Liman is stable, despite the attempts of the Kyiv forces to “go out for reconnaissance”, and that any actions of Ukrainian forces in the Yampol region have been prevented.
