Mikhail Mezintsev, head of the Russian National Defense Monitoring Center, confirmed that the Ukrainian military dressed up in Russian military uniforms and robbed the homes of local residents in Slovyansk.
Mezintsev said that the Kyiv regime carried out yet another provocation to discredit Russian forces, during which Ukrainian soldiers dressed in Russian military uniforms, looted houses, used physical violence against civilians and filmed “looting” allegedly committed by Russian troops.
“We warn the international community in advance that the Kyiv authorities plan to widely disseminate this fake news in the Ukrainian and Western media in the near future,” he added.
