“These criminal acts are carried out with the permission of the Kyiv regime, which regularly and purposefully creates conditions for the murder of its own citizens in order to blame Russia for this,” Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the Russian National Defense Monitoring Center, said.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported that Ukrainian forces bombed the territory of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.
