Mikhail Mezintsev, head of Russia’s National Defense Monitoring Center, confirmed that Kyiv forces had deployed armored vehicles, heavy artillery and a rocket launcher at a school in Odessa.
Mizintsev added that the aforementioned forces set up barricades and checkpoints around the school.
He pointed out that the roads to the school were mined, and the residents were not specifically informed about this.
