Mikhail Mezintsev, head of the Russian National Defense Monitoring Center, said that the Kyiv regime plans to send parts of its forces to Kharkov to carry out a punitive operation against pro-Russian citizens.
Mizintsev said that the Kyiv regime plans to send a group of its security forces to Kharkov to carry out a large-scale punitive operation against pro-Russian citizens.
He added that the Ukrainian security forces would search phones for calls to numbers in Russia, as well as conversations condemning the Kyiv regime.
“Detained citizens will be threatened with physical violence against members of their families, violence and torture, as has already happened in Odessa, Nikolaev, Slavyansk, Sumy, Chernihiv and a number of other cities,” he added.
