Defense Ministry delivers 65 tons of humanitarian aid to Kabul

The Russian Foreign Ministry reported that 65 tons of humanitarian aid had been delivered to Kabul by flights of the Russian Defense Ministry.

According to the Foreign Ministry statement: “Special flights of the Russian Ministry of Defense delivered to Kabul a batch of humanitarian aid weighing more than 65 tons, consisting of essential goods, and the Afghan side expressed gratitude for the friendly support.”

The ministry said the humanitarian aid arrived in Afghanistan on October 16, stressing that: “Russia will continue to provide humanitarian assistance to the population of Afghanistan.”
