Nahdet Berkan won the Moroccan Throne Cup after defeating Wydad Casablanca on penalties in the final match held at the Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat on Thursday.
The original and extra time of the match ended in a goalless draw, so both teams decided on penalties, in which luck smiled at Nahdet Berkana (4-2).
This is RS Berkane’s second Throne Cup title after the first in the 2017-2018 season.
On the other hand, Widad has failed to achieve a historic treble after winning the Moroccan League and the African Champions League this season.
