Coordination center in Istanbul approved the dispatch of 3 vessels to Ukraine

The Joint Coordinating Center in Istanbul announced its permission for 3 vessels to enter Ukrainian ports through safe passages for the transport of grain in the Black Sea.

And in a statement from the center on Thursday, it was indicated that it had agreed to the passage of the motor ships MV Canga Star and MV Pretty Lady to Chernomorsk, and the motor ship MV Bellis to Odessa.

The center also confirmed that the ship “I Maria” left the Ukrainian port of Chornomorsk in the direction of Istanbul, carrying about 28,000 tons of corn.

On Thursday, the Coordination Center completed inspection of 6 more vessels, two of which arrived from Ukraine, and the remaining four were intended for it.

It is noteworthy that the total volume of food transported by ships controlled by the Coordination Center has reached more than 625 thousand tons since the conclusion of an agreement between Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and the UN on the transportation of grain from Ukrainian ports.
