China: We and Moscow do not recognize unilateral hegemony, and this is in line with current trends

China emphasized that Beijing and Moscow do not recognize the policy of brute force, as well as unipolar hegemony.

This was stated by Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi at a meeting with Russian Ambassador to China Igor Morgulov.

“China and Russia work together to promote a multipolar world, and they do not recognize unipolar hegemony, and together they firmly support the international relations system of which the United Nations is the core and the world order based on international law, and they do not recognize the politics of brute force ”, said the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

“This position is on the right side of history and in line with the development trends of the present,” the Chinese Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

It is worth noting that Russian President Vladimir Putin has previously stressed that unipolar hegemony is collapsing, indicating that the world is now on the verge of a more just world order.

“Unipolar hegemony is inexorably crumbling. This is an objective fact that the West categorically refuses to acknowledge. We see everything that follows from this,” he added.
