Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said he could meet with his Syrian counterparts Faisal Mekdad and Russian Sergey Lavrov in early February.
This is stated in statements to journalists during the visit of the Turkish minister to Rwanda as part of an African tour, where Cavusoglu continued that “the meeting of the foreign ministers of Turkey, Russia and Syria may take place in early February,” while the minister explained: “The timing of the a trilateral meeting of the foreign ministers of three countries next week, however, these dates do not fit into our program, and therefore the exact date of the meeting has not yet been determined.
