Bloomberg: The EU may change the rules for the transit of goods to Kaliningrad as part of a new sanctions package

Bloomberg reported that the new package of sanctions against Russia could include “amendments” to measures included in previous measures regarding the rules for the transit of sanctioned goods into the Russian enclave in Kaliningrad.

The fourth set of sanctions imposed on Russia prevented the entry of certain goods from the European Union into Russia, and, accordingly, Lithuania imposed sanctions on the movement of railways and land cargo passing through it into the Russian enclave in Kaliningrad, although these goods move from Russian lands to Russian lands.
