A senior US administration official announced that President Joe Biden will meet German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez during his European tour.
The official indicated that Biden will take part in 7 working meetings during the G7 summit in Germany, including those devoted to the situation in Ukraine.
He added that the meeting with Schultz would be “an opportunity to reconcile positions.”
Biden will meet with the Spanish Prime Minister on the sidelines of the NATO summit in Madrid.
Joe Biden will visit Germany on June 25 to attend the G7 summit, and on June 28 will arrive in Madrid to attend the NATO summit.
