Barcelona and its Poland striker Robert Lewandowski healed their wounds with a massive 3-0 victory over Villarreal in the Spanish league ten, tightening the screws on arch-rivals Real Madrid, the defending champions.
Barcelona scored a hat-trick, Lewandowski “two goals” in the 31st and 35th minutes, and Ansu Fati in the 38th minute.
The Catalan club regained the balance after losing 3-1 to rivals Real Madrid in the last matchday and drawing with Inter 3-3 in the Champions League group stage.
