The Ministry of Defense of Belarus announced the arrival of the first batch of Russian military personnel in Belarus to be included in the joint regional group.
“The first batch of Russian servicemen, who are part of the joint regional group, has arrived in the Republic of Belarus,” the Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
