Armenian opposition demands termination of all agreements between Pashnyan and Turkey and Azerbaijan

The Armenian opposition, demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, announced the need to annul all the agreements he concluded, especially with Turkey and Azerbaijan.

Ishkhan Sagatlyan, one of the leaders of the protest, accused the country’s current authorities of “serving the interests of Ankara and Baku and ignoring the vital interests of Armenia.”

“We will take the initiative until the next government cancels all oral and written agreements approved by Pashinyan,” he said.

He added: “The whole world, including Aliyev and Erdogan, must realize that any agreements concluded by Pashinyan are invalid and have no legal force.”

For two months now, protests have been held in Armenia demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Pashinyan.

His opponents believe that he is trying to make new concessions to Azerbaijan in the demarcation of the border, and intend to stop his plans on July 21.
