An explosion near a metro station in Kyiv

Ukrainian media reported today, Friday, that the explosion occurred near the Lukyanovskaya metro station in the Ukrainian capital.

According to sources, immediately after the explosion, a fire broke out at the site.

Sources indicated that there were no details about the victims or the cause of the explosion.

Activists reported on the Telegram website that the cause of the explosion near the metro station was the explosion of a gas cylinder, but so far there has been no official confirmation of this.
