United Arab Emirates club Al Sharjah announced on Wednesday the signing of Spanish striker Paco Alcacer from Villarreal.
Alcácer previously played for Valencia, Getafe and Barcelona in Spain, as well as Borussia Dortmund before joining Villarreal in 2020.

Alcacer is scheduled to take part in training in Sharjah, which will resume tomorrow, Friday, after the players received a two-day rest under the guidance of technical staff led by Romanian coach Cosmin Olario.
The players rested after returning from a two-stage away camp in Austria, on the condition that the last stage of the training program last until the start of next season.
Sharjah will kick off their career next season by visiting Al Ahly youth side on 3 September in the first round of the ADNOC Pro League.
