Al-Nasr Saudi Arabia announces the arrival of Argentinian Rossi in Riyadh to sign with the team

Al-Nasr club, leader of the Saudi Football League, announced the arrival of Argentine goalkeeper Agustín Rossi in Riyadh to sign him from Boca Juniors before the end of the current season.

Al-Nasr wrote on his Twitter account late on Monday evening: “Argentine goalkeeper Augustin Rossi has arrived in Riyadh and he will undergo a medical examination tomorrow (today) before finalizing his contract procedures before the end of the season.”

Rossi, 27, who was reported last month to be interested in Italy’s Inter, has worn Boca Juniors colors since 2017 and loaned him to Chile’s Antofagasta and Lanos in 2019 and 2020.

On January 9, the Brazilian club Flamengo announced a preliminary contract with the Russian, which will be valid from July 2023 until the end of 2027.

Al-Nasr signed for Rossi, a three-time Argentine league champion with Boca, after his Colombian goalkeeper David Ospina was injured.

And the victory included veteran Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, a five-time world best player who went from December 30 to 2025 in a fictitious deal that would net the Don more than €400 million.
