Al-Hilal of Sudan files a formal complaint against Egyptian team Al-Ahli following player clashes

The Cairo 24 website reported that clashes between players from Al-Ahli club and players from Sudanese club Al-Hilal took place after the end of a match between the two teams in the African Champions League.

The Sudanese newspaper Sportage reported that the Al-Hilal club filed a complaint with the observer of its match against Al-Ahly because of the chants of the red team fans at them, as well as because bottles were thrown at them water. during warm-up operations.

The newspaper added that representatives of Al Hilal approached the observer to ask him to write down what happened, noting that he had already answered them.

A law enforcement source denied the authenticity of a video circulated on social networks about the presence of abuse by fans in the Al-Ahli and Sudanese Al-Hilal match in the African Champions League, which took place at the Cairo Stadium on Saturday.

The source stated that there were no violations at the match and that legal action would be taken against the promoters of the aforementioned clip.
