After Johnson’s departure, Zelensky "Confident" That UK policy towards Ukraine will not change

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, in light of the resignation of British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, expressed confidence that the UK’s policy towards Ukraine would not change.

According to CNN, Zelensky called Johnson “a true friend of Ukraine” and expressed confidence that London’s policy towards Ukraine would not change despite the resignation of the British prime minister.

Johnson announced on Thursday that he will step down as prime minister and leader of the UK Conservative Party and will serve as prime minister until a new party leader is appointed.
